In case you've been living under a rock (or self-isolating) you might be aware of the ongoing uncertainty regarding Coronavirus or COVID-19; the linked article provides a great fact check as a starting point for people addressing some of the genuine concerns as well as some of the misinformation currently getting around.
As a Myotherapist its business as usual, following advice from my colleagues the good doctors at Premier Health Partners, Massage & Myotherapy Australia and the Victorian Department of Health & Human Services (https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/health-services-and-general-practitioners-coronavirus-disease-covid-19).
I'm healthy, the clinics are maintained in accordance with the highest levels of hygiene set out by my code of practice and so treatment continues.
The major risk to all of us in this time is community transmission so if you feel unwell, stay home, seek further advice and take it easy for a few days.
For the rest of us stay informed, be patient, treat one another with kindness and compassion; and remember calm is contagious.
