Tania is an experienced Naturopath and Nutritionist having completed an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy and an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition. She is registered with the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA). Tania believes in a holistic approach to wellness and is passionate about educating and empowering others to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Drawing from a vast array of modalities, Tania can treat both acute and chronic health conditions by identifying the underlying cause of illness. What are you nourishing your body with today?
I made some pumpkin and cauliflower soup cooked with organic chicken broth. Packed full of flavour, it’s nutritious and delicious!

Combine equal parts of chopped cauliflower, pumpkin, half an onion with chicken broth in a pot. Cooked until tender, blitz, serve and enjoy! 😋
