I have converted the first Issue of Global Intelligence in Food newsletter (Vol 1 No1) to a podcast using Google NotebookLM. It seems like NotebookLM has summarized the newsletter quite well and created a unique podcast that food industry professionals (Marketing and R&D teams) might find useful.

New market intelligence newsletter launched

If you remember, I was compiling a weekly newsletter "Functional Foods Weekly" for over 16 years which was discontinued just after COVID due to many cancellations and due to my other commitments.

I am now on a different career path which does not involve day to day responsibilities of running a food research lab ( OzScientific lab has now been leased to a promising startup company).

I have now more time to work as an independent technical consultant and compile market intelligence, technical and scientific information that is likely to be valuable to a range of technical and marketing staff in food industry.

Hence, I have started a new fortnightly newsletter "Global Intelligence in Food".

The aim is to make it informative, relevant and comprehensive. I will also be preparing short technical and market intelligence reports that will be available to subscribers. A new Website is being also developed that will support the newsletter.
