Bloating occurs as the abdomen is distended or swollen due to the accumulation of gas, air or fluid in the gut!

An amazing skin transformation achieved by one of Sophia’s clients!

These photos showcase the results of addressing the skin from the inside out! This client initially turned to a vegetarian diet, but unfortunately she was consuming all the wrong foods - think processed fake meats and excessive sugar. Fast forward to now, after A LOT of work on her gut health and switching to anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense foods she is feeling so much better. Her hard work is clearly reflected in her results!

For this client, her keratosis pilaris was just another symptom that was thought to be unrelated to her main two concerns of poor gut health and extreme fatigue. But it is a first hand example of how clear skin is a reflection of a healthy internal environment!
