The Customised Employment Community of Practice was established a number of years ago as an avenue for resource and idea-sharing, along with providing information that supports real Customised Employment practice by employment consultants and family practitioners.
We share resources and experiences from our practice and research globally that supports the advancement of practice and evidence that also informs government and agencies that fund employment services.
When we talk about practice informed we’re talking about evidence derived from our role supporting individuals and families, along with our work with providers, consultants, researchers, employers and government.
In 2020, we’ve added world-leading online training in Customised Employment. No gimmicks, no shortcuts, just real training for anyone who wants to deliver training with fidelity to the model.
