Reimbursements 101 — What to attach
Paid receipt/tax invoice (shows item, date, amount, provider).
NDIS
Proof you paid (bank statement or payroll record if you employ a worker).
NDIS
Details match your claim (names, dates, amounts) — and don’t include your TFN.

Submit via our Reimbursement Form (clear photo/PDF; include ABN on invoices; up to 5 per form).

Invoice → Payment in 3 steps

1. Send invoice to the plan manager (include your ABN if you have one).
ndis.gov.au

2. We validate & lodge the claim with the NDIA (expected within 5 business days).
ndis.gov.au

3. NDIA releases funds (generally 2–3 business days)
ndis.gov.au

✅ Pro tips: one participant per invoice; clear dates/descriptions.

The countdown is officially on: one year until the Australian Deaf Games returns in 2026!

The Australian Deaf Games is the premier multi-sport event for Australia's deaf and hard of hearing community.
Next July, more than 1,000 participants will gather on Queensland's Sunshine Coast to compete in over 20 events. Following the hugely successful 2024 Games in Newcastle, Deaf Connect is also proudly returning as Principal Games Sponsor.
