- Dishwashing or assisting with meal-related cleaning
- Making or changing beds, or other linen-related tasks
- Light tidying, organizing, or decluttering
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, tiles)
- Cleaning kitchens (benchtops, stovetops, wiping cupboards, surface cleaning)
- Emptying rubbish bins
- General essential household cleaning duties
- Working closely with a supportive team

Team Spotlight: Stepping for a Cause 🏃‍♀️❤️

This September, our two teams — Assist Ability Ass Kickers and Assist Ability Assassins — are stepping up (10,000 steps a day, to be exact!) to make a difference through Steptember, Australia’s favourite fitness + fundraising challenge in support of Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
