While there's a few things we're keeping secret for now, here's what you need to know before booking. This mat Pilates class is breath-led, technique-focused and designed to build strength from the inside out. It's an inclusive class designed for every body, including our Prenatal friends.

We're so excited to launch this fresh, new campaign. 🤭

Introducing Your Way; Three weeks of movement, done at your pace, in your way from May 5-25.

We know that no two people move the same. So this time, you call the shots. This May, you define how you show up. How does it work?

1. Choose to move with us either 2, 3, 4 or 5 classes per week for three weeks.

2. Collect a card, write your full name, circle your chosen number of classes per week, and get ready to sweat! These will be available in-studio next week.

3. Update your card each time you complete a class from May 5 - 25.

4. Move Your Way, to Win Your Way. Complete your nominated number of classes each week between 5-25 May and you’ll automatically go in the draw to win your way. Choose from 3 prizes valued at $1,000 each. But more on that later!
