I passionately believe most health issues can be improved if you spend some time getting to the underlying cause of the problem and then use the right herbs, nutrients and dietary changes to repair and restore your body's natural balance. If you are putting up with fatigue, lack of energy, insomnia, problems with digestion, menstrual or hormonal issues, weight gain, depression, anxiety, chronic illness or some other annoying health issue Ican help. The clinic is open Monday to Friday by appointment. After hours appointments are available. I try to make it as easy as possible for you to get the help you need. Appointments may be online or in person. All medicines dispensed are "Practitioner Prescription Only" which gives you a high degree of comfort regarding their efficacy and quality. 🎃 Pumpkins & Squash
Pumpkins are not just for soup! They’re packed with beta-carotene, vitamin C, and fibre. This is also the season for all varieties of squash, like butternut and golden nugget too.

It's frustrating being dismissed like that!⁠

I believe that it’s just not right that we are told our symptoms are "just a part of getting older". ⁠

Are your symptoms a RESULT of getting older or are they the REASON you are ageing?⁠

Could it be that your diet, lack of sleep, burnout and stress are fueling your body to age faster than you would like?⁠

Truth is that it's easy to dismiss symptoms (but where does that leave you?). ⁠

Good health depends on good digestion. So start with these 5 C's if your digestion is a bit "off".

CHOOSE - a healthy diet with sufficient nutrients for your specific needs

CHEW - your food and slow down. Give the digestive enzymes in your saliva a chance to do their job.

CHILL - you need to be physically relaxed to digest well. So stop rushing and eating on the run.

CHERISH - give yourself the time and permission to enjoy your food.

CHECK - your stool 💩. Pay attention to the differences from day to day and week to week. Is there undigested food? Does it sink or float? Just a couple of the clues that your digestion needs some love.
