is a local business supporting children, young people and families with their mental health and wellbeing. Their team offers personalised, evidence-based support including child psychotherapy, play therapy, family support and music therapy.

They work with children from as young as 3 years old through to young adults, supporting a range of needs including anxiety, ADHD, autism and emotional regulation.

What a day of fun, entertainment and community spirit at the Taste of Reservoir!

We were entertained by Butterfly Adventures, with craft activities that taught us all about butterfly habitats, and Wildlife Wranglers, who shared fascinating information about wildlife. There was also henna tattoos by Fresh Face Beauty and Brow, face painting, a glitter bar, bubbles by Face Painting By Starface, a circus playspace by Hoop Sparx, and hair braiding and colouring with help from ALL ABOUT HAIR.

A special highlight was a visit from the Victoria Police, giving kids the chance to have a photo, sit in the front and even turn on the lights.

Of course, we had a special visit from the Easter Bunny himself, thanks to Real Deal Entertainment Pty Ltd.

We were kept safe by Northern Security, the area was kept clean by CIA Services Group and toilet services from Heidelberg Hire, we were kept dry thanks to Instant Party Hire gazebos, and everyone was kept refreshed with water from Wallop Water. A big thank you as well to the wonderful team from St John Ambulance Victoria, who were in attendance once again.

And of course, thank you to everyone who came along and supported us. We loved seeing so many familiar and new faces and hope to see you again soon 💛

The Taste of Reservoir wouldn’t be what it is without the incredible support from everyone involved.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing organising committee for bringing this event to life: John Sweeney (Reservoir Spectacles – thank you for letting us use your shop as the Information Booth), David Natoli (Natoli HO Lawyers), Marlise McAdam (Bakers Delight), and Kim Sharwood (Sergeants Bakery). Your dedication and passion made the day possible.

We were honoured to have The Hon. Ged Kearney MP, Nathan Lambert MP, Cr. Mayor Emily Dimitriadis, Mayor of Darebin, Darebin City Council, Your Community Health, Scouts and Darebin Libraries join us on the day, along with The 3rd Place, who will soon be bringing new life to the old library space as an exciting new artist hub.

A sincere thank you to my wonderful team, Amber and Lucy, and our incredible helpers in the blue vests, your energy, effort and commitment did not go unnoticed.

These partnerships, businesses and individuals all play such an important role in strengthening our community and creating opportunities for everyone to connect, collaborate and celebrate together.

...and that’s a wrap on Easter celebrations for another year at Reservoir Village 🐣

The Taste of Reservoir at the Easter Festival was such a fantastic day, even with a little rain! Our community still showed up in full spirit, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

A huge shoutout to our incredible traders who truly are the heart of Reservoir Village. This year, our traders offered amazing food and beverage samples, giving everyone a taste of what makes our precinct so special:
