I’m so bloody lucky to meet and marry so many excellent humans. I’ve gone from crying on the way home from work in sadness and frustration to crying happy tears on the reg.

Laura and Matt started their next phase right today- which not only kicked off their 2026 married, but also leaves a challenging 2025 behind.
They split their day. Ceremony at 12 for 30 MVP’s then an interlude for lunch and a break before the reception kicked off at 4.
Their ceremony was emotional and warm. The sun shone and their UK guests were treated to a fully Aussie experience at . There will be some very excited people when the roos come out this afternoon. 🦘.

That’s 2025 done and dusted! I was going to do a reel with multiple shots of the year’s weddings but I just ran out of inclination to feed the algo. Instead you get this photo of me- tired but content.
I’ve once again exceeded my self imposed cap this year because I am terrible with FOMO. It’s been worth it though and I’ve done more elopements/ micros and legals onlys than ever. A lovely mix of different formats and couples.
As always, the most important thing to me is FIT. That I’m right for you - and vice versa. My favourite weddings are thoughtfully put together with beautiful personal elements. And I’ll forever be in my element at the big party vibe weddings.
My couples are creatives, health care professionals, tradies and teachers. They’re into music, good food and wine, animals, nature and their people.
January will bring an avalanche of new enquiries. It’s the maddest month of the year for freshies coming aboard. Do your research now and get ahead of the game so you can lock your dream crew in.

I married these two ledgies on the green at yesterday and it was an excellent way to close out my 2025 weddings.
Vibes were HIGHHHH. Laughs aplenty. Vows were top shelf. Pizza was inhaled. And the d floor burned.
It was such an honour to tell their story, which hails back to high school days amidst many who were there for the awkward teen start.
Catie and Dan, I adore you. I’m so glad you found me in the vast sea of celebrants! Xx

Take some spare knickers. And not fancy lace fellas either. Comfy cotton knicks that you can breathe in.
I’m sure you’ve heard a second shirt recommended for guys.. well this is for the ladies. For the very same reason. Especially in summer.
Hot = sweaty = not fun.
Dresses are often very heavy and thick. Add a warm day and you’re going to be wishing for fresh underwear well before the d floor even opens.
I can’t tell you how many runs I’ve done to Woolworths on a couples wedding day for a quick smash and grab of good old Bonds midi briefs and dropped them back to the bride.
It will literally be the only thing that eclipses the glass of water you pour down your neck post ceremony in terms of relief.

When you’re marrying two absolute gems on the most amazing Melbourne afternoon annnnd you are working with your fave toggy - you really cannot be anything but deliriously happy.
Ripper day for S + C at Carlton Gardens. They’re going to carve up the d floor tonight at . We got off to an excellent start for the party tonight - bubbles in the sunshine with live tunes 👌.

Paddy and Tess are married! We packed a big crowd into for their celebrations and the vibes were excellent.
Such a good story to tell with a lot of laughs - and banter from Paddy along the way. My very fave kind of ceremony.
Weddings at this time of year go OFF. Everyone’s on holiday mode and the energy is brilliant- which is very handy to harness.
As they went back up the aisle to 500 Miles (the OG version) their guests clapped and sang along and they are exactly the feels you want before the party takes off.
Good times, good times. Congratulations and Merry Christmas guys! Thanks for the sweet content.

Xmas break! A lengthy regenerative holiday incoming. Only joking- I still have three weddings to go until the year’s end 😆.
I actually LOVE this time of year for weddings. Such a good vibe. Feels are good, weather is good, everyone is in a great mood. Sign me riiight up thanks.
Merry Chrimbo everyone! May you all resist the usual stress/ overspending and waste. This year we’re home. No grand plans. Girls wanted to wake up Xmas morning here instead of a hotel for a change.
I’m doing the least I’ve ever done for Xmas and I’m entirely unbothered. Simple lunch, very good booze, play some records.
We don’t need to be anywhere and it feels so liberating. Highly recommend it- what YOU would like to do versus what you feel obligated to do. Much like your wedding!
