Amanda and Braedan are married! I finished telling their story with the smother proposal segue ever heard.
•
There was beautifully restored old GT’s, a parading peacock, the most incredible vista and sunset, Macedonian dancing and a constant guest rotation through the photo booth. A very good time had.

Congratulations V and T! A day and evening which was full of love and laughter, fun and family.
You can trust an events manager to think of everything. And she did. Their ceremony was funny and warm but emotional. The bridesmaids and front rows cried the entire way through.
When your much loved person meets another, who is also so loved- and they adore each other- yeh, not a dry eye. You often have palpable dynamics at weddings - family politics etc but today there was none.
Just love. So much love 😭. And thoughtfully curated plans, a 93 yr old groomsman, an articulate speech by a 10 yr old and Japanese whiskey. Live music, incredible florals and a sparkly wedding gown.
I’m not worthy.

Just a girl and a takeaway bottle of good red. A bonus of marrying peeps at venues with great wine - vendor bonboniere.

Connor and Hannah were married at the and every.single.element was thoughtfully curated to fit who they are. Including personalized instant noodles. That’s some bonboniere I can get behind 🍜

Last weekend off for me before I’m straight back into it next weekend with two weddings and two legals onlys.
The honeymoon is over baby. But not before one final slow weekend of not having to be anywhere at 3pm.

Your ceremony entry -

I can’t stress this enough- you do not have to walk with you Dad or anyone actually- or even walk an aisle at all if you don’t want to.

This is not a legally required element of ceremony. So, it’s an option. Does it feel right for you? If not, scrap it.

Simple, wholesome romance by Bel and Cam. An absolute joy to witness. To marry them after years of backstory was the icing on the cake.
Married at Narbethong Community Hall on an impossibly sunny day, they infused their wedding with comment thoughtful touches, including gifting each guest with one of their favourite books.
Your wedding. Stay your own course ❤️.

Tumbleweeds through my inbox. All the work related dopamine hits are on hiatus. Weddings, photo galleries, reviews. It’s just a world of writing and that’s a job for me that can only happen when I’m feeling ‘on’.
