Ever walk into the pilates studio and see someone do an exercise and think "OMG I could never do that!"
You know the ones, the people hanging upside down on the cadillac or doing the splits on the reformer.
They had to start somewhere once as well. They didn't begin Pilates on day 1 and start hanging upside down.
We all have to start somewhere. Everyone's beginning is different and we all have goals we want to achaive.
We just have to break it down, step by step, and make small improvement over time.
Because one day, YOU will be that person hanging upside down and the inspiration for someone else walking into the studio door.
It always seems impossible until it is done.
