Taking everyoneโ€™s advice and doing a little something for myself. ๐Ÿค

Today isnโ€™t a good day pain wise and I was up all night with a sick child, so I wasnโ€™t sure I could get to my appointment today, but I pushed through and Iโ€™m so glad I did. ๐Ÿฉท

Now Iโ€™m enjoying a tea โ˜•๏ธ, my latest book (which Iโ€™m loving btw) ๐Ÿ“– and covering up the โ€˜silver sparklesโ€™ in my hair (as my hairdresser calls them lol). ๐Ÿ’‡๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

At various times during our lives we come to a point where we have to make a choice, when the outcome of our choices are not clear.

It can be very difficult to summon the courage to โ€˜roll the diceโ€™ and take a chance on what may come next when the future is so uncertain.

Please remember when you are in these situations there is no wrong choice. Whatever you decide there is so much power in taking charge of your path forward, as we cannot avoid change by hiding from it.

So donโ€™t let your energy leak from you, as you stand and watch your life unfold before you. Take your power back, roll the dice, make your choice and go down the path you have chosen for as long as you can.
Also remember - you are not stuck on that pathโ€ฆ if youโ€™re choice is not working for you anymore you may simply choose to roll your dice again and make another change to your direction. Never forget that you hold the power.

Stacey is nurturing, loving and supportive and has such a passion and love for Kinesiology and helping others. She is a registered and qualified Level 4 Kinesiologist with the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA).

Stacey is a natural at tapping into your potential and desires, building self-esteem and confidence and assisting you to break cycles and achieve the very best out of your life. Throughout her own lifeโ€™s journey she has experienced some devastating, traumatic and life altering challenges and obstacles and yet her inner strength in surviving and eventually thriving after all of these is one of the things that she is most proud of.

Stacey understands that her clients are on their own journey, some need compassion, understanding and time to process and heal whilst others are not ready to go deep and just need to work on one particular stress at that time. She is always guided by her client as to how they would like to run their session, as their healing is their own responsibility, and she is there to guide and support you.

Staceyโ€™s love of Kinesiology brings together her love of crystals, essential oils and other healing remedies into a way that can help shift unwanted emotions and bring peace and calm to people. Throughout her journey she has been able to witness some amazing transformations in people, and she has been able to grow, change and accept some of the more challenging parts of life which is why she is so passionate about this amazing modality.
