One of the biggest misconceptions about midlife skin is that it’s purely a surface issue
In reality, skin is a MIRROR 🪞 of what’s happening internally - sleep quality, stress adaptation (how much stress you can handle - this traditionally goes down as you get older for a variety of reasons, including hormonal changes), hormonal shifts & hydration (internally AND externally) - all directly influence your collagen integrity, inflammation & radiance.
This is why doing “more skincare” often stops working after 40
Although you DO need to be using quality skincare that actively target repair & regeneration

Week One Update on Red Light Mask
1st week - I’ve done 3 x 10min red light & infrared red light combined & minimal strength (there are 3 intensity levels)
A little surprised to see my upper lip lines are less deep & more flat… very happy about that! 🤩
Texture is more even
Apart from that - just feels more hydrated
I’ll aim for 3 this coming week on level 2 intensity
Like everything that is truly anti-aging…consistency is the key 🔑
Finding ways to fit this into my day have been surprisingly easy
✨ Going to bed 15mins earlier & 🎭
✨ Taking a 10min break after exercise & meditating at the same time 🧘‍♀️before a shower
✨ Cleansing skin straight after dinner & putting on 🎭 while chilling & listening to music
Looking forward to a smoother, less lined jawline next 😍😊

Happy 2026 🥂✨💖

May this year be everything you imagine - with intention ✨✨
I’m not into NY Resolutions however I love to make intentions - that way I can focus on what I can do (or not do) to stay in alignment with that intention

And also opens my mind up to what other things can bring that intention about
Remember frequency is energy that helps you align with what you want
The practice of BEing in that frequency is 🔑
I also like to choose a word each year
Last year was Trust.
This year is Sovereign 👑
So I’ll be bringing my Wisest, Queen Energy to every decision I make & use this to guide women to their highest & most wise self too
Bring on more self care for EVERY woman (& man)
So they can truly be their best self

Unpacking my Bon Charge Red Light Mask
I researched a whole lot of red light masks as I wanted to offer you a way to maintain healthy skin in between clinic visits - so you can optimise your Oxygen facial results
Especially as you get older & perhaps are post menopause & collagen is already depleted
Eek - take a look at your neck!
Does it still have bounce?

I love this brand as it’s backed by evidenced based science. Their products are heavily tested, they have an Australian founder (who I meet at the recent Biohacking Wunderlust conference)
This mask has red light therapy - 630nm
as well as Infrared Red - 850nm
So what does that do for your skin?
it works at a cellular level, it helps to energise cells ⚡️
(meaning a healthy skin turnover rate)

- this normally slows with age & is a contributing factor to dry skin, dull complexion, tired looking skin & lines!
It also supports skin elasticity
by encouraging blood flow, mitochondrial health 🔋inside the skin cells (more vitality by rebuilding faster) & therefore a firmer “net” with collagen to give you a strong, firm skin (no more sagging)
