As the end of the year draws near, we’d like to thank you for being part of our 2024 story. We are so often humbled by the opportunity to work with you on your health journey - whether it be recovering from injury, keeping pain at bay or improving your day to day function. Whatever brings you through the AO doors, we thank you for choosing us.

We’re heeding our own advice this holiday season and taking some time to rest and rejuvenate.

The AO doors will open again on Tuesday 7 January, when we look forward to seeing you.

Until then, stay safe, rest up and don’t forget your stretches!

I’m feeling incredibly grateful to have had such a seamless pregnancy, labour, birth and recovery, supported by and the team at every step of the way. Edie’s arrival was easeful, calm and empowering - and a moment I’ll never forget.

And just like that, it’s time for me to step back from treating as I step into my maternity leave. Thank you to each and every one of you for your sweet and generous sentiments, cards and gifts. This week has felt like the ultimate farewell tour - and I’ve loved every minute of it.

Thank you for your patience (I promise this is my last maternity leave), and trust in the knowledge that we have built a beautiful clinic with wonderful practitioners who will take over your care seamlessly.

Thanks also to my lovely patient who made me stop in my tracks today to take this pic as I farewelled her out of the clinic. I think I’ll treasure this moment.

Ok, I’m off to put my feet up.

Hailing from the surf coast, Emilia’s osteopathic approach is compassionate & pragmatic, reflecting the latest evidence based science. Having competed in national gymnastics for many years, she knows what it takes to help you reach your individual goals and keep you agile.
