Happy Summer Solstice Beauties! ☀️ May this New Year around the Sun bring you everything you desire and much, much more! 💫

The Summer Solstice is the longest day and shortest night of the year. It is the day of the fullest solar illumination.

🌞 How it affects you:
This is the peak of the earth cycle, with a similar energy to the full moon. And ovulation. Peak outward energy, full bloom, full expression.

Elevated mood, celebratory, full expression, desire to be outside, social time.

Difficulty sleeping, very short night, reduced ability to rest.

☯️ In Chinese medicine, Summer is the Fire element and the emotion of JOY. When out of balance, we can feel panic or anxiety.

🎊 What to do on the Summer Solstice:
Gather with friends and have a party

🕯Summer Solstice prayers:
Give thanks for everything that has come to fullness in your life. I like to light a candle.

Welcome to this World.

This week, we welcomed this beautiful little angel. She was clearly eager to be earthside with her parents as the delivery was quick and 5 weeks early. It is such an honour to walk besides couples’ conception journey.

Wishing this special family many blessings ✨️

Our Story

Diana is a qualified Chinese Medicine practitioner offering both Acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine in Melbourne’s Western suburbs and St Kilda. She is particularly interested in women’s health at all stages of their lives, including menarche (first menstruation) to menopause, preconception fertility (male & female), pregnancy and postpartum, sleep issues, pain management, digestive and skin conditions.

In order to help achieve optimal health, Diana tailors an individual health plan using one or more of the following modalities: : Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, moxibustion, dry needling, cupping, gua sha, dietary and lifestyle modifications.
