Connecting with the beautiful fog this morning. Feeling into its soft gracious and subtle way it blankets everything in such a quiet way.
Reminds me of when I lived in England for a year - up in Yorkshire. Some mornings as I headed to work, the fog was think and low. It was so quiet and yet so enveloping. I loved it. I loved not quite knowing what was going to be round the corner. The fog kept it secret for a while - hidden.
Connecting with simple beautiful things that are around us is so nourishing. We can miss out on noticing them because our minds are busy reacting to everything. Rather than being still.

An Inspiring Journey

I fully embrace the gift of my journey and my body knowing that my story, my wisdom and insight will inspire others; and that even the most unlikely can make it to the top of the mountain.

I bring a diverse and rich background to my work. I owned and operated a complementary medicine practice for many years and navigated the corporate world twice, most recently as a lawyer.

Coupled with the depth of my emotional intelligence, If Not for the Wind, my upcoming book marks the launch of a business where I guide others out of their ‘mire’ to connect with who they are; what they truly feel; what they want to do with their lives and how they can make that happen.

I will be your beacon of light. If you struggle, I know the solution. I have been there – I’ve done it. I survived and I am stronger for it.From an early age, I developed a debilitating autoimmune condition. As I grew older, I went in search of a cure. What I found instead, as I weaved my way through years of treatments and alternative therapies – from grape diets to internet scammers to brain function and neuroplasticity – is not a solution but a resolve: There is no way to change the past, only from the present can one change the future.
