I’m a very passionate Midwife, a Lamaze Childbirth Educator, and a Pregnancy / Postnatal Massage therapist. I have ventured into my own business to focus on nurturing pregnant women through massage here at Hands on Wellness 💚 My focus with pregnancy massage is to promote relaxation, relieve general physical discomfort and connect with their growing baby. I combine this work with providing couples with private Lamaze Childbirth classes to teach them all about labour, birth, breastfeeding and early parenthood. All in the comfort of their own home and at times to suit their busy schedules. My goal with childbirth education is to empower couples with updated, evidence - based information so they can make confident, informed decisions about the birth they want. I am a mobile service based in Bayside Melbourne.
