We are looking for graduates who are committed to what we do and have the potential to become the next generation senior leaders of our organisation. Your personal qualities, work/life experience and genuine enthusiasm are more important to us than top academic results. We are recruiting seven graduate positions to commence in February 2013. These positions include Graduate Project Officers (focussing on L&D, IT, Strategy & Research and Health); Graduate Policy Officer; Graduate Risk & Compliance Officer and a Graduate Communications Consultant. To help us process your application as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions (please note, incomplete applications cannot be accepted). Email the following to graduates@worksafe.vic.gov.au: • The completed application form (available from the website above) • Copy of your resume • An electronic copy of your most recent academic transcript Key dates: • Applications close – 21 May, 12 noon • Short listing – Mid-late June • Assessment Centres – 2 - 6 July • Interviews – 16 July - 3 August • Verbal Offers – By 15 August Eligibility: To qualify for a graduate position: • You must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree or higher qualification that is bachelor level or above, within the last three years. You will also be eligible if you are due to complete a relevant qualification by the December 2012. • You must be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or New Zealand citizen who has entered Australia on a valid passport and has unrestricted rights to employment. Position locations: All positions are located in Melbourne. Most are located in Melbourne’s CBD, and one is located at our office in Essendon Fields.
