This occurs when the shoulder tendons or a small cushioning sac (bursa) get ‘pinched’ in a tight space in your shoulder. Over time, this can cause pain, weakness & that annoying ‘catching’ feeling.

Osteopathy is a non-invasive, gentle and sound method of complete health care. It uses a wide range of proactive manual techniques to promote health and the pain-free functioning of your body. All our osteopaths are highly trained professionals, having completed a 5-year university degree. They are all registered practitioners with AHPRA and members of Osteopathy Australia.
