Ebony is a passionate Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist, and Chef. She strives to provide a safe, empathetic, and caring environment where you can choose how to best nourish your life. She is especially interested in vegan and vegetarian diets, gastrointestinal problems such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), food chemical intolerance, body image and weight concern, loss of appetite, dysregulation of hunger and fullness, improving cooking skills, and management of chronic conditions including diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
