Emotional Regulation Skills: VITALS🌻🩵

When your emotions feel big and everything inside you is saying “I can’t handle this!” VITALS helps you slow down, listen, and care for yourself 🌿

This skill guides you to check in with your body, your needs, and what your emotions are trying to tell you, so you can respond with compassion instead of reacting on autopilot 💫

It’s like giving yourself an emotional reset: gentle, grounding, and full of self-kindness 🕊️
