What a truly lovely evening we shared at Rosslyn Sanctuary.

The room was filled with such a beautiful, supportive energy, with both new faces and many of our regulars coming together once again. It’s always so special to witness that blend of curiosity, openness and heartfelt connection.

My guest mediums Jordie Janes and Donnita Duggan brought forward some very beautiful and meaningful messages from the Spirit world, each one carrying that gentle essence and presence that reminds us our loved ones are never far away. I also had the privilege of bringing through a few messages towards the end of the evening, which is always an honour.

I feel so grateful for the continued support from each and every one of you who attend, as well as our guest mediums who give their time in service to Spirit. And of course, to the Spirit world, who make all of this possible.

Thank you all for continuing to support Rosslyn Sanctuary.

There is a quiet, soulful difference between what is cleverly marketed and what is truly experienced. Over the past eight years of bringing Rosslyn Sanctuary to the public, this is something I have come to know deeply and I feel incredibly grateful to be able to facilitate this sacred work. What unfolds in that space cannot be created, rehearsed, or manufactured, it is simply guided by Spirit.
At Rosslyn, we don’t put on a show or try to make something happen. We simply open the door and allow Spirit to step forward. And when that presence draws close, it’s not something you need to question or analyse, you feel it. It settles gently into the heart, touches the soul in a way that feels both powerful and familiar, and shifts something within you that lingers long after the evening has come to an end.

For some, there will be the beautiful opportunity to receive a personal message from a loved one in Spirit bringing comfort, healing, and a deep reminder that love continues. And even for those who do not receive a message, the presence of Spirit in the room can be profoundly moving, touching hearts in ways that words simply cannot.

If you’ve been thinking of coming along it may well be Spirit guiding you. Perhaps now is your time to join us at Rosslyn Sanctuary for an evening of genuine, heartfelt connection with those in Spirit. ✨

There is something deeply important in the message of these words… something very real that I see play out time and time again in my work with Spirit.

As a Medium, I am honoured to bring forward your loved ones in Spirit. They come with their essence, their personality, their memories and often with such beautiful, undeniable proof of survival that leaves no doubt they are still very much alive in another form. It is a privilege to feel them, to sense them, and to share their love with you.

But I also like to be honest and grounded in what mediumship is and what it is not.
I cannot give you their physical voice back.

I cannot recreate the exact sound of their laughter, the tone they used when they said your name, or the way their voice wrapped around you in the quiet moments of life. That belongs to this world, to the time when they were here in the physical.

And this is why I gently encourage something very simple, yet so powerful.
While your loved ones are still here, capture them.

Take the videos. Record their voice. Let them speak, laugh, tell their stories even in the ordinary, everyday moments. Because one day, those moments will become priceless treasures.

When grief visits on birthdays, at Christmas, on anniversaries it is often the sound of their voice we long for the most. And in those moments, being able to press play and hear them again can bring a comfort that is beyond words.

Mediumship will always show you they are still with you.
But those recordings they give you a piece of them you can hold onto here.
Both are gifts.

One from Spirit…
And one from love, captured in time.

There’s something very sacred about the early hours of the morning that quiet space between 2 and 3am when the world feels still, and the noise of the day has completely fallen away.

In my experience with Spirit, this is often when the veil between our world and theirs feels just that little bit thinner. It’s not that Spirit can only come through at this time, they are around us always but in these early hours, we are more open. Our minds are quieter, our defences are down, and our energy is softer and more receptive.

When we wake at this time, it’s often not by chance. You may feel a presence, a warmth, a knowing or simply find your thoughts drifting to someone in Spirit very strongly. This is often how they gently draw close, not to startle or disturb you, but to comfort, to reassure, and to remind you that you are never alone.

Spirit understand our world, and they know that during the busy hours of the day, it’s harder for us to feel them. But in those still moments when the house is silent and your soul is resting, that’s when connection can feel the clearest.

I’ve had many people share with me that they’ve woken around this time feeling as though someone was right there beside them and often, they are. A loved one, stepping in close, wrapping you in their presence, sometimes even impressing a memory, a dream, or a feeling of deep peace.

There is nothing to fear in these moments. It is not random it is not your imagination it is love finding its way through.

So if you wake in those quiet early hours, instead of questioning it just soften into it. Breathe. Acknowledge them. Even a simple thought of, “I feel you” is enough.

Because in that sacred stillness, Spirit often come closest not loudly, not dramatically but gently, lovingly just as they always have.

Good evening lovelies
It’s an early night for me after quite the eventful day.
My beautiful dentist has worked their magic and I’m now minus one tooth 😄

I’m honestly so grateful for these wonderful health workers who step in and help us when we really need it. What a blessing they are.

Apart from a little tenderness, that awful throbbing pain has finally eased, such a relief. The Novocaine has worn off and I can feel my face again lol… always a bonus!

Thank you so much, friends for your kind thoughts and caring messages today. They truly meant a lot to me.

Good morning lovely people

I’ve been a little quiet on here the past few days… if I’m honest, I’ve just been feeling a bit ordinary. There’s a lot going on in the world at the moment, so much noise, negativity, fear and even when we do our best to rise above it, it can still touch us energetically.

Truth be told I’ve just had a touch of the “can’t be bothereds”!!!!

And then, just to crown the week off, along comes this horrendous toothache

Now, those who know me well will know I’ve carried a fear of the dentist for many years, from some not so lovely experiences as a child. I’ve done a lot of inner work around it, but isn’t it funny how those old feelings can still sit quietly in the background.

So today, with a deep breath and a little nudge from Spirit, I’m off to face it, and get this tooth sorted.
(if I can get an appointment)

I know how far dentistry has come, and that I’ll be well looked after and kept comfortable, but that little part of me still remembers.

So if you think of me today send a little bit of courage my way 🙏
