A gentle reminder for this season
You are allowed to slow down. You are allowed to feel tired, reflective, grateful, or overwhelmed. You are allowed to choose presence over pressure. Even small moments of stillness can change how the season feels.
As Christmas approaches, give yourself permission to pause, to breathe deeply, and to center your heart. The most meaningful moments are often found in the quiet spaces we allow ourselves to rest in.

Well here is the result of my 3 ingredient Christmas cake cooked in my slow cooker
Looks great, reasonably moist but the top is hard
It tastes great but next year I will stick to my boiled fruit cake method and bake it in my oven.
I like to try something different, this will do for this year very easy to make .

Up bright and early this morning to make my 3 ingredient Christmas fruit cake in the slow cooker!
It has LOTS of baileys irish cream in it YUMMM
I used to bake my own boiled fruit cake, but that was always so time consuming. This version came together so quickly fingers crossed it turns out delicious! I’ll let you know how it goes.
How many of you make your own Christmas puddings and cakes?
Is it too early for a glass of baileys??? Lol
