Our 8-week mindfulness program is designed specifically for adults with ADHD, teaching practical tools to improve focus, reduce impulsivity, and foster calm and clarity.
Led by a psychologist and a social worker, this neurodivergent affirming course offers evidence-based practices to change problematic thinking, enhance emotional regulation, and build resilience. Through guided exercises, group discussions, and weekly activities, you’ll discover how mindfulness can aid in navigating daily life more effectively.
