YOUR EMPOWERED BIRTH provides a combination of woman centred education with skilled & experienced support to give you a positive, empowered and more natural birth experience. Training consists of 2 x 2.5 hour classes held on 2 consecutive mondays each month. To achieve the best possible outcomes and level of attention, classes are strictly limited to 5 couples per session.
