Relieving back and neck tension is essential for maintaining overall well-being. Here are some simple stretches that can help:

2. Shoulder Rolls: Roll your shoulders backward in a circular motion, then switch to forward rolls. This helps loosen up the shoulder muscles.
3. Cat-Cow Stretch: On all fours, arch your back up (cat) and then down (cow) for 10-15 reps. This stretch is excellent for spinal flexibility.

Good posture is crucial for maintaining spinal health and overall well-being. Here are some practical tips to help you maintain proper posture during daily activities:
