🧠 October is ADHD Awareness Month.
This year’s theme, “The Many Faces of ADHD,” reminds us that ADHD shows up differently for everyone — in school, at work, and in daily life.
Awareness matters because it breaks down stigma, helps teachers and employers better understand neurodiverse people, and creates environments where everyone can thrive.
Here are a few simple ways to support ADHD Awareness Month:
✨ Learn more about ADHD from trusted sources.
✨ Listen to lived experiences with an open mind.
✨ Challenge stereotypes and language that dismiss neurodiverse people.
✨ Share resources to help others understand.
Together, we can build workplaces, schools, and communities where difference is valued and every person has the chance to succeed.
