The main pressure points which I have applied cups are Tian Tu, Tan Zhong, Qi Hai, Fei Shu, Pi Shu, Gan Shu. Both hand massage.
If you don’t have cups, Gua Sha at the back and on both side of the ribs is also an excellent way for reducing temperature and relieve sore back. It can also increase lymph flow in the body.
