After much consideration, I have made the difficult decision to close my Bayswater location and move full-time to my Lilydale location, starting March 10th.
This choice was not made lightly, but it allows me to focus on providing the best possible care in one dedicated space.

I want to thank all my Bayswater clients for their support, and I hope to continue seeing you in Lilydale.

My name's Rhiannon Dingley or you may know me as Rhiannon from Rad Recovery haha
I've been a Myotherapist for over 6 years now and love helping people 🙌🏾
I've been to Canada several times, it's such a gorgeous place. I've got family over there and even had a job for a bit scooping some ice creams🍦
Basketball has been a big part of my life, I started when I was about 6 at Maroondah Magic 🏀
side note yes those porcelain dolls scare me at night 😳
I bought a unit about 18 months ago and my parents were thrilled for me... also could've been the fact that they finally became empty nesters 😂
2016 I was a trainer at Lilydale Footy Club, and still have some strong connections to club now 💙💛

Sometimes when I’m stressed I clench my jaw without even knowing, just like Christina here! Dry needling really helps release that tension!
