Ah TCM
As I was cooking in my active meditation I was instantly transported back to some of my roots➡️ I have many

As soon as the umeboshi plum hit the brown rice I had returned to Sydney/Blue Mountains all those years ago➡️ the retreats, okido yoga, shisatu and friends 💫

I took a breath and paused and the tonic for my body arrived into my gut brain in my kitchen earlier today
