🌿 Why it works:

🍎 Red dates (jujube) are sweet and nourishing — they help support your energy, immunity, and even mood.
Together, they make the perfect winter tonic to help you feel stronger and warmer.

• 10–15 slices of fresh ginger
• 6 red dates (pitted)
• Simmer in 2–3 cups of water for 15 minutes on the stove
• Optional: Add a little brown sugar or honey for extra warmth
