Over the weekend, we celebrated a milestone 10years since we saw our very first dental patient at 🥳🎉
In those 10 years, we’ve definitely had our fair share of challenges- a car crash through our waiting room, two renovations whilst still seeing patients 🤪, navigating a global pandemic 🦠 just to name a few. Jake and I started our first practice as enthusiastic, albeit a little naive, young dentists, bootstrapping and learning everything on the go. In those days we wore many hats- IT support, website designer, bookkeeper, marketing, PR, HR etc etc. It was a huge learning curve. But despite the challenges, the most memorable highlights of this decade are the meaningful connections we’ve made with the people we’ve met along this journey.
Our beautiful team has been instrumental in our growth, particularly Kirsten our PM who has been with us from the very beginning! Having a team who enjoy coming to work (most of the time 😅), come to work to do their best and have the best interests of the practice and patients at heart is something we’re very grateful for. Seeing each team members personal and professional growth over the decade has been so rewarding for us.
And of course, we wouldn’t be celebrating 10years of our dental practice without our beautiful community of loyal patients. It’s with your support, trust and referrals that we’ve been able to grow and do what we love - care for our patients!
Thank you also to our wonderful family and friends who’ve supported us over the last 10 years, whether it be as patients, helping take care of our children when we needed to work, or just being business sounding boards. It’s really been a team effort!!
Here’s to the next 10 years and beyond 💕🎉
Huge thank you to who hosted the most enjoyable pottery class for us. I'm worried about my staff wanting to change careers...😅
