Last week, most of our teams from and came together for a day focused on growth, connection, and a little bit of friendly competition!

We were lucky to have Alison from join us as our guest speaker, sharing powerful insights on mental fitness and effective communication — key pillars of thriving teams.

After the training sessions, it was time to swap notes for nets as we hit the court for some fun team sports- 🏐⚽🏓! It was often surprising to see who really has the competitive streak 😆

We believe in investing in our people, creating space for learning, and building strong, supportive teams. Grateful for our amazing crew who make it all possible 💙

Many of you will have probably met Ash already, but we’re thrilled to introduce Ash as the new Practice Manager at Greville Rd Medical & Dental! 💚

Ash is no stranger to the GFD & GRMD family — she’s been part of our sister practice for several years and brings a wealth of experience across all aspects of dental care. From patient support to behind-the-scenes operations, Ash truly knows what it takes to keep things running smoothly.

She’s stepping into the role while our lovely Kirsten is on maternity leave — and she’s been doing an amazing job despite having big shoes to fill!

Last weekend the team gathered for our end of year celebration! There were games, drinks and good food…special thanks to Dr Lachlan who volunteered to run the games this year 🎉

We have a wonderful team of dentists, admin staff and dental nurses who work so hard to provide the best care for our patients. Things can get very busy in the practice, but these amazing people always work so cohesively with positivity, kindness and purpose. Thank you GRMD team for another great year!!!

Wishing these two special ladies a very happy maternity leave!! Dr Jane & our practice manager Kirsten always planned to have babies at the same time… and their wish came true 😂 These 2 are going to be amazing mums and we can’t wait to meet the 2 newest members of the GRMD extended family ❤️

We will miss them at the practice but look forward to their return in 2025

Our whole team was lucky enough to attend a conference run by international speaker and industry leader Kathy Metaxas. It was a dynamic and engaging day, and we walked away with newfound understanding and appreciation of our team mates, and tools which will help us with looking after our patients. We also took away some great systems so that we can continue to deliver the high level of patient care we strive for.
