All levels are welcome.
Rocket Yoga Happy Hour is an extended practice where we slow down just enough to explore, play, and go deeper — with extra time for transitions, arm balances, inversions, and options for everyone.

💫This was the last Hands-On Adjustments Workshop I led for the wonderful teaching team at . More and more, I meet yoga teachers who feel unsure, hesitant, or even scared to offer adjustments—especially after the post-covid shift in our industry.
But touch is an art. It’s communication. Its presence, confidence, and connection. 🫶🏼🦋

In this workshop, I guide you to understand how to assist, why to assist, and how to offer touch that feels safe, supportive, and empowering—for both you and your students.

HANDS-ON ASSIST WORKSHOP with Gisele Cabasa

This workshop is designed for yoga teachers who want to refine their skills in safe, effective, and empowering adjustments. This practical, interactive session will give teachers the confidence to assist students in dynamic practices like Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Rocket Yoga, while also covering the fundamentals of alignment, and inclusive teaching approaches.

✨ Why This Workshop?
Many teachers hesitate to offer hands-on adjustments due to uncertainty about technique or safety. This workshop provides a supportive space to learn, practice, and refine essential assisting skills, helping teachers build confidence and deepen their impact.

🔍 What It Covers:
• Principles of safe and effective hands-on assists
• Techniques for adjusting Sun Salutations, key asana groups, and advanced postures
• Inclusive, student-centered approaches to hands-on teaching
