Be kind to your body

Same plant in different sun conditions, show different results in my garden. Recently I have been told I need to look after my body and this advice gives me a shock as I always help others but ignore my own. I found I was tired all the time before work, I thought I was too tired as too busy, but not, I burned out. I decided to take a easy and have a treatment twice a week on my day off, I feel so much happier and physically better, now with realizing how important my own health importance, I can’t go back to before, I ignore myself and keep pushing through. Same as the plains, growing in the good environment. If I found a way to make it easier, I wouldn’t go back to a hard way

Just saying, when I said I recommend someone to see me certain of times, I meant it, and it was for a reason, I really hope they follow my instructions as I won’t mention if they don’t need it. 因果. But I learned let it go, they have their own lesson to learn. And appreciate for people who are willing to follow the advice, I feel happy as I can do my 100% to help, it means a lot for me.

Going for a walk in nature is good for emotional detoxing and refreshing. Recently, I‘ve had a few patients cry on the table during treatment due to lingering grief they’ve hidden deeply. I feel empathy for people, but I also need to detox from their trauma. I get goosebumps when they cry. I‘m here to help and support. Going for a walk is my way of refreshing and staying strong to help everyone. Tomorrow is better day no matter what.
