Community Occupational Therapy provides the following services (however not limited to) at the client’s home:
-Comprehensive Home Safety Assessments
-Minor and Major Home Modifications (Bathrooms, ramps, platform steps, rails etc)
-Equipment Prescription
-Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation
-Vehicle Modifications
-Falls Prevention Education
-Pain Management
-Neurological Rehabilitation
-Seating/ Postural Assessments
-Wheelchair and Scooter Prescription and Training
-Hand Therapy
-Palliative Care
