I have a tool belt FULL of powerful tools for healing.
I have all the tools in the world.
I have all the motivation to come back to love.
I have everything I need to return back home to my heart and teach others to do the same.
These healing tools are there to be used when needed.
They are a resource that we can dip into….
Yet sometimes the most powerful thing for us to do is to JUST FEEL IT!
Just be it.
Let it consume you.
Let it become you.
Let it move you as you feel it.
And as you feel it, it will move you back into alignment.
You could use all the tools in the world to heal, but if you aren’t using to simple art of feeling then you are avoiding feeling more of you.
Simply feeling it is powerful too.
Simply feeling is what makes us human.
It’s an art.

I want to share my gratitude.
Over the last month I have been journeying through some of the greatest challenges of my life.
The last month has been a lot of things. Many good, many not so good.
But, one thing that became VERY loud and VERY clear was how much support I have around me.
I received countless messages of support, love, understanding and guidance and although I haven’t been fully ready to respond to everyone it makes all the difference.
When we are in our most time of need, we see, feel and receive the support we need. The people who are your people will always show up for you.
I am grateful, so grateful for all of your support.
I will pop back into the world again, full of expression and excitement, but for now I am hibernating.
Thank you thank you to all of the love in this beautiful world!

What are you proud of this year?
What I am so proud of throughout the year of 2020 & 2021 is my ability to find joy in everything. Even when I am going through the hardest events of my existence, I always managed to find joy, the smile, to dance, to allow love, to have fun, to stay in my heart, to enjoy the moments even when I was in pain.
I am god damn proud of that.
Because my faith in god, in the universe, in my heart and greatness NEVER wavered. Even when I wanted to be nihilistic and forget my faith,
Even when I wanted to give it all up and start again,
Even when the pain was excruciating.
My faith in something greater than my pain ALWAYS anchored me home.
And if that is all I do for the rest of my life, I would die happy.
I am proud of that.

A little fun fact you might not know about me is that I work two days a week at an amazing health food shop called on the mountain, we make organic lunches and superfood elixirs and sell the best quality health foods and products for the community. The way this job came about was divine and synchronised as always… and I always shopped there anyway.
A beautiful family own and run it and I just support them along the way.
I have never been so inspired by the way people live their lives until I met the owners of this shop, Ed and Claudia.
They have never touched anything inorganic in their life and every single detail of the shop is sustainable, non toxic and organic. Everything is planned out intricately to honour the earth and her natural state of being.
THIS kind of living is what will transform this world.
The way they love and support me is like a family and I LOVE coming to work here two days a week.
Find people who inspire you, who make you want to be 1% better everyday.
Find people who are living the life you are working to create and immerse yourself in their creativity.
Let it inspire you.
We are meant to be connected and create together, we need people and the more you find the people who inspire you and pull you into more of who you are, the more free you will become.
