Esoteric Health & Fitness We are a small fitness business offering live and virtual Zumba and Zumba Gold classes. Just dance, move and have fun, fun, fun!

ZUMBA(R) Fitness is a dance fitness program which uses key elements & movements from various regions and dance styles in Latin America. Taking these elements from various dance styles such as salsa, Zumba produces a fun, effective and exciting fitness dance class. By definition ZUMBA means “to move fast,” and it’s also a fusion of the Latin word “rumba” meaning “party”. In other words Zumba means” to move fast and have fun!” The first thing you have to know is that you don’t have to be a dancer. When in class just keep moving, when you move you are burning calories, we are not here to critique you and we don’t all have to be in sync. So whether you are new to Zumba or have taken classes elsewhere, you’ll find Zumba Fitness to be like no other Fitness dance program out there. Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of seniors. Perhaps Zumba Gold will provide a suitable option for older adults seeking alternative means of reaching their exercise goals. It is also a great program for already exercising pregnant ladies or beginners. Zumba Kids feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements.

👆You can attend to Gold Jam Sessions even if you do not have a Gold License, It is for everybody.
