I used to struggle with the transition of seasons. Feeling quite sad to see the end of Summer.

These are the things that are keeping me centered and in good mental and physical health. Without these practices, I don’t feel grounded. I lose control and life becomes unmanageable.
I try for most every day, but if I can’t manage to do all of them, I do my best to complete what I can.
This is perfection. Not putting pressure on myself to achieve everything on the list
(a bit counterproductive 😝)

Negative thoughts are just thoughts.
They are untrue and they come from our own perception and belief system that may not even be ours. They come from our subconscious which studies report we live in 95% of the time.
Through identifying and consciously changing the negative thought when it arises to a more helpful, positive thought, we can rewire the brain to begin to start thinking more positively.
We then start to change our energetic vibration, and attract things at that higher frequency.

Come and join me Monday 7.15pm for a beautiful yoga Nidra Practice. Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep (calling all insomniacs!) moving us in to an Alpha state. We normally only experience Alpha in the 2-3 minutes before sleep, so through Yoga Nidra, this state is prolonged. Through this incredibly deep relaxation we enter into the parasympathetic nervous system where our bodies are able to heal. Bookings through MINDBODY
