Benefits of a foam roller!

Here are some of the benefits below:

1. It helps in reducing the muscle pain.
2. It helps you have better range of motion within the joint.
3. Helps muscles to react a lot better to stretching your muscles.
4. It helps you to relax.
5. It is also a safe method to massage your tight muscles.

HOW TO USE A FOAM ROLLER:

1. Find the sore spot of your muscles.
2. Control your body as you slowly lower the targeted area so you have it centered above the roller.
3. Lower your body on the roller until you reach pain of discomfort but NOT pain and hold position.
4. Holding each point for at least 20-30 sec each time.
5. Getting your self on the foam roller is to roll onto the roller, to get off the roller you simply roll off.
6. Careful of long hair always tie it back and no hoodies (tops) as it will get caught under the foam roller.

ALWAYS check with a trainer on how to use a foam roller if you don't know how to use one.
