• Healing & growth, involves a process of ‘radically accepting’ that we must ‘destruct to reconstruct’.

• In order to invite the ‘new’ in, one must 1st create the space for it …fostering an environment that is conducive to growth & removing ANYTHING in your life that will stop you from evolving.

• Dissolving & eradicating dysfunctional dynamics, relationships (the relationship w/ yourself included) and/or environments that make you ‘feel’ stagnant or low is the way to get there!

• Instead of intellectualising & rationalising for others (in order to keep yourself small or to keep the peace) …

PAY ATTENTION: To how certain people/dynamics make you ‘feel’. If you are left feeling worse, heavy hearted, doubtful or triggered, there is your ANSWER.

• Learned helplessness is a common affliction that we all experience occasionally.

• A state of perpetual is a mindset.

• This is NOT to negate trauma/abuse one has experienced.

• But it can be debilitating living in this constant mindset & it’s an unnecessary life sentence.

• Not to mention the ‘energy’ wasted living like this can deplete your ‘life force’.

• CHOOSING to:
• move forward in life
• heal the trauma (with a therapist)
• close a chapter
• radically accept that trauma happened to you …

BUT

NOT let it define you, will ultimately release the shackles of burden that may be weighing you down.

• Wanting more for yourself is a choice.
• Remaining stagnant is also a choice.
• No one is going to come to your aid, you must be the director of your own life.

• REMEMBER it’s NEVER too late to change the road you’re on! YOU have the power.

• Kinesiology is a great way to:
• Remove cellular trauma in your body
• Aids you in making the mental connections as to why that trauma is stored & your trauma responses
• Release the pain
• It will aid you in getting a deeper sense of self
• And put you on your desired life path.
