Meet our outstanding trainer… SCARLETT WHITLOCK!

Scarlett has been with Bustamove since day one, literally. As the founder’s daughter, her drive goes far beyond family. With a background in Health Science and over 8 years of experience coaching clients, her passion lies in helping people unlock what they didn’t think was possible.

A national-level dancer, volleyball player and former gymnast, Scarlett will challenge you, keep things fresh, and make you sweat… but she’ll also have your back every step of the way.

She cares deeply about your health, your wellbeing, and your progress, in and out of the gym. Expect her to ask what you had for dinner, because she’s just as invested in your nutrition as she is in your form.

Lochie has a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science as well as a background in Exercise and Sport Science and over a decade of weightlifting experience.
Lochie loves to help clients get stronger, move better, and feel confident in their bodies!

Growing up playing footy and soccer, Lochie has always been drawn to movement and performance. These days, that passion shows up in every session he runs – practical, focused, and always with a bit of banter to keep things real.

Whether you’re looking to lift heavier, lose weight, move better or simply feel better mentally Lochie is here ready to support and motivate you every step of the way to make your fitness journey both rewarding and fun at the same time!

Congratulations to everyone on hitting the halfway mark and well done to all of you that attended this mornings Sunday session. It’s so great to see everyone approaching their fitness journey with a ‘can do’ approach whilst working through injury.

Huge shoutout to Jo Selman for taking on the “Challenger of the Week” title with a solid 76 squats, amazing effort! Jo has changed many things during the challenge to increase her fitness and improve her nutrition, and is looking great too, keep up the good work Jo!
