As some of you may have noticed, we’ve had some slight renovations done over the last few days, so the studio is fresh and ready for your return!

We’re looking forward to starting 2026 the right way ✨ with clear goals, strong intentions, and consistency. We’re so excited to continue supporting you every step of the way and to help you become the healthiest happiest versions of yourselves!

A big shout out to Paul!

One year ago today Paul joined the Bustamove team! 👏
