This workshop is a sacred pause — a space to breathe, feel, and remember yourself beneath the roles.
Together, we’ll explore how leadership begins not with doing more, but with healing what’s been passed down — the cultural silence, the pressure to endure, the disconnection from our emotions.

💫 In this session, you’ll:
✨ Understand how emotional exhaustion often comes from unhealed family and cultural cycles
✨ Reconnect with your right to feel, to need, and to say no
✨ Learn how to recognize and restore your emotional boundaries — even with those you love
✨ Begin to release the “strong woman mask” and lead with softness, courage, and truth
