Occupational Violence & Aggression in healthcare hasn't reduced during the COVID pandemic. As societal stressors increase, our capacity to self-regulate and control our anger diminishes.
The worst thing that we could do as an industry is allow these stressors to excuse inappropriate behaviour.
Societal stressors explain behaviour, they don't excuse behaviour.
