Winter and all that it brings with the gray and cold can be emotionally and mentally challenging.
In this class I will give you tips to shift your mindset about winter so that you can approach the next couple of months with more ease and less resistance.

•No meditation or yoga nidra experience is required - I will guide you through it all.
•Yoga nidra is done laying down, there is no movement.
Yoga nidra means “yogic sleep”. The body, mind, and nervous system move into a deep state of conscious relaxation and tranquility, the effects mimic what happens when we enter a deep sleep. Half an hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to 2 hours sleep - that’s how restorative it is. You will lay in stillness as I guide you through with peaceful music playing.
