I always feel better after.
I can feel my cells soak up the salt water medicine.
My breath deepens, my mind clears, the waves hold what I don’t have words for.

I was so in the moment that I forgot to take photos during yesterday’s retreat. All I have is this one that I took before.
While I really enjoy all the set up and making the space cosy, calming, and welcoming, it’s how the experience makes people feel that’s the most meaningful.
We had such a lovely group of women.
From the moment we sat down, connection was made.
Stories were shared.
Conversations were inspiring and deep.
We laughed, cried, and learned from each other.
So fun and so restful at the same time, the day flew by.
