Feeling distracted? Get your focus back in 60 minutes. Meditation, music & free veg/vegan lunch included.
Struggling to focus? Constant notifications, deadlines, and mental clutter can make it hard to stay present.
In this 60-minute session, we’ll help you reset.
Through meditation with music (also known as Kirtan), you’ll learn how to step back from distractions, calm your mind, and reconnect with your focus. No prior experience needed—just come as you are.
After the session, stick around for a free vegetarian/vegan lunch and connect with others.

Uni life can feel like a lot.
Between assignments, deadlines, part-time work, and trying to maintain a social life, it’s easy to feel stretched, distracted, and overwhelmed. Most of us just push through, but rarely get a chance to properly reset.

This session is your chance to pause.

In just 60 minutes, you’ll be guided through a simple, enjoyable experience designed to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more focused... without needing any prior meditation experience.
We’ll ease into it with some light, fun activities, followed by music meditation to help your mind slow down and recharge. No pressure, no awkwardness—just a relaxed space to reset.

✨ What to expect:
• Easy, low-pressure games to help you unwind
• Guided meditation with music
• A calm, welcoming atmosphere
• Free vegetarian & vegan lunch after the session
• Entry closes at 1:15pm
