Hi there....
It has been a long time between posts. A lot has happened in our collective in the last few years.

I am so pleased to say that it is finally time to follow the sound path again. It has been calling. It has been over 10 years since the very first sound meditation.

We had the first Crystal Key Meditation on Sunday evening, to beautiful deep and soul filled responses.

Come along to this new series of intuitive sound, breath and voice meditations "Crystal Key Meditation" is a way to delve deeper into ourselves and our dreaming. It is a chance to deeply surrender and be.

It is for those who are beginner meditators as well as those who are experienced. It is guided and a true invitation to find calm and peace through ethereal soundscapes.

When: On the third Sunday of each month at 6.30 pm in Hampton.

BYO: Mat, cushions, pillows, blankets, eye masks to be comfortable. You are welcome to sit or lie down.
