A little life/work update!
After needing some prolonged recovery time after being sick last year, I’m starting a slow and small return to private practice counselling, via Telehealth only. Please note my case load will be very small and so I will not be able to accept all who get in touch.
I’m continuing to offer LE supervision and studying a Doctorate of Public Health.

I’ve been quiet on here as I take more time for my healing after having severe pneumonia last year but thought I’d post about this! I’ve been on the co-design committee for Ngamai Wilam for nearly 4 years and getting to walk through it today was incredible! So many hours spent talking, planning and thinking about this and then it exists! It’s been a real privilege to be part of the development of Victoria’s first residential eating disorder facility, but getting to be there today to and stand alongside women I admire greatly from and was really just the cherry on top.
From the depths of darkness to the nightly news at 6 - pretty fricken cool!

191 copies of the Recovery & Wellness Workbook for Eating Disorders were sold in 2024, since it came out on Jan 2024!!!

Feeling so lucky to have so many people out there interested in the workbook and all the incredible feedback I’ve had from consumers and clinicians alike!

Have you met Suki? 🐈‍⬛
Suki has been joining me in the clinic some days, practicing her therapy cat skills. She’s still a little shy but trust me, once you get to know Suki, she is a velcro cat that will demand pats and love. She is a sweet little soul who I’m hoping to bring in more often!
