Often incorporating a theme, breath work, sound and yoga philosophy. Presented in a way that is easy to follow and understand through clear and guided verbal and/or visual cues along with hands on adjustments where needed to correct and/or guide students deeper into physical practice.

In the year to come I am strongly directing my focus on HUM Vibes, in particular the AQUA Sound Healing experience. It’s an innovative approach to experiencing deep healing and nurturance, a practice I believe we must all engage in to achieve harmony and restore balance within ourselves. We have been making lots of progressive changes to the studio environment. In addition to adding a new room, and upgrading our reception we are deeply focused on Being the change!
Along with exceptional yoga classes,
we now offer two specialty ice teas at the studio.
Spiced apple chamomile and wild berries.
No additives! No preservatives! No sugar!
Sweetened with a hint of maple syrup. Glass bottles… No plastic…
