Why do it this way?

Rolling down allows gravity and our body mechanics with the placement of the chiropractors hand to correct vertebrae that are stuck forward, which is the direction we can’t correct ourselves through muscles.

The technique allows for non-forceful, precise corrections that you will feel release and change alignment without adding forceful rotation to create movement.

If you’ve visited the clinic lately, you might’ve noticed our plants looking a little more vibrant. They’d hit a rough patch—poor soil, bug infestations, moisture issues, and drying out from winter heating. So we rebuilt their world: better potting mix (thanks to a custom blend and LECA), fresh pots, sunlight therapy in the “plant hospital” (yes, it even took over one of our adjusting stations for a week!).

Why mention this? Because it reminded me of what we do here with chiropractic care.

Just like the plants, your body needs the right foundation—structural stability, a well-tuned nervous system, and supportive habits. Do the initial work well, and you shift from constant crisis to smooth, sustainable growth. From surviving to thriving.

Here’s to setting up the conditions for long-term health—plant or person.

So grateful for all our team members past and present that have made us what we are today. ❤️
We are especially thankful to the clients we get to work with everyday. 🙏 Clients like Akira who was in today (pic 2). Akira was a client on our very first day 16 years ago and hasn’t missed a fortnight since (not kidding). Akira just turned 79!
