You might have noticed that Ben and I (Sam) have been out of the office this week, that’s because we were off teaching in Cyprus at the Advanced Seminar and Convention.

As well as teaching technique, we also learnt a lot. Lots about science, research, the importance of home based care in sitting, sleeping and standing and tools that strengthen communication and relationships.

We also connected with our friends and colleagues from all over the world, had a great time and danced the night away.

Today I received this message and photo from a new client that has been struggling with debilitating back pain and sciatica for 3 years. This is the pile of pillows she has bought to try and improve her sleep. 💰🥱
She is always worse in the morning and struggles to have a pain free sleep no matter what she tries. 😩

2 nights on the ABCA pillow and she reported ‘no pain, better sleep, game changer!’ 😁

Sometimes we underestimate the importance of our sit, sleep, stand habits. In this case a firm and correct HEIGHT pillow with side sleeping could allow a neutral spinal position and help relieve pressure, promote healing and aid in her recovery.

Why do it this way?

Rolling down allows gravity and our body mechanics with the placement of the chiropractors hand to correct vertebrae that are stuck forward, which is the direction we can’t correct ourselves through muscles.

The technique allows for non-forceful, precise corrections that you will feel release and change alignment without adding forceful rotation to create movement.
